In my role as trainer I focus on long-term, sustainable behavioral changes. As the word “training” implies, my work is directed toward preserving or increasing efficiency and strengthening leadership qualities, for example by way of more clarity in communication.

I design and lead tailored trainings. By interactive intervention methods I help clients to gain more assertiveness in managing their own change goals.

Newly acquired communication skills and increased social competence lead to growing satisfaction with work – and daily life.
