Facilitation

Results through understanding.

In my role as facilitator, I cultivate, structure and moderate the exchange of opinions and ideas within groups, starting from controversial discussions and working through to consensus.

I work to find a position that all group members can agree to and support, and then plan mutually agreeable ways of working together towards these solutions, which is often a big challenge. I take care that all participants are equally involved.

Only then, when all group members understand each other and are heard, are they prepared to start the path to change. Special intervention techniques help me to develop and strengthen common understanding among participants.

The result will be a sustainable basis for future successful work. Only through understanding can persistent change be implemented.
