How I work:

  • Working closely with leadership and Human Resources, I accompany individuals and groups through the processes of development, with the goal of achieving an efficient and satisfying workplace for all.
  • I design, plan, organize and facilitate meetings and workshops. I lead these groups through validated, structured processes to achieve desired results.
  • I develop tailor-made approaches and help guide their implementation, and offer training courses that will effect impactful and sustainable behavioral change.
  • I use my many years of experience in leading positions in Communications and Human Resources, and count on my know-how as a leader of international, multi-cultural teams, using my many varied personal experiences.
